    2. Payment Schedules (where applicable):

    -Payment Agreement By enrolling in this course, the participant agrees to adhere to the agreed-upon payment schedule as outlined at the time of registration. Failure to comply may result in penalties, suspension, or removal from the course.

    -Payment Schedule Payments must be made in accordance with the schedule provided during registration. Payment deadlines are binding, and late payments may incur additional fees as outlined in the late payment policy.

    -Course Access & Consequences of Non-Payment:

    • Full access to course materials is granted upon timely payments.
    • Access may be restricted or revoked in case of non-compliance with the payment schedule.
    • Any outstanding balances must be cleared before receiving a certification on completion.
    • Please note- regardless of payment schedule courses MUST be completed within the specified 12mth period of registration.

    3. Booking Course Dates and Completion Timescales:

    - Course practical dates must be booked within 12 weeks of the purchase date.

    -Courses and dates are non-transferable.

    -Regulated courses MUST be completed within 12mths of enrolment period. By agreeing to these terms participants agree to work through their course in a timely manner and acknowledge should they not achieve this within 12mths they will not complete.

    4. Prerequisite Requirements:

    - For courses that have prerequisite requirements, evidence of meeting these prerequisites must be provided before booking.

    5. General Terms:

    - Alexandra’s Academy Ltd reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses at its discretion. In such cases, alternative arrangements will be offered.

    - Participants are responsible for ensuring that they meet any equipment or technology requirements specified for the course.

    - Any changes to the scheduled course dates or content will be communicated to participants in advance.

    6. Participant Responsibilities:

    - Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions and actively engage in the learning process.

    - Failure to meet prerequisite requirements may result in the participant being ineligible to attend the course.

    -It is the responsibility of the learner to check with relevant insurers, licensing laws and comply to this.

    7. Intellectual Property:

    - All course materials, including but not limited to presentations, handouts, and videos, are the intellectual property of Alexandra’s Academy Ltd Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without explicit written consent.

    8. Privacy Policy:

    - Participant information collected during the registration process will be handled in accordance with Alexandra’s Academy Ltd privacy policy.

    9. Code of Conduct:

    - Participants are expected to adhere to a code of conduct that promotes a positive and inclusive learning environment. Alexandra’s Academy Ltd reserves the right to remove any participant who violates this code without a refund.

    10. Liability:

    - Alexandra’s Academy Ltd is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to participants' property during the course.

    11. Governing Law:

    - These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the UK, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the UK.
