I’m the founder of Alexandra Beauty Expert and the creator of  Beautifully and Aesthetically ADHD & The Clubhouse, a growing community for creative and neurodivergent female business owners.

​I actively mentor many female creatives and ADHD business owners across the UK. My passion lies in helping business owners build a business that helps them showcase their creativity to the fullest. Supporting them to embrace who they are, learn strategies & methods which work 'with' their brains and not against them. This helps to develop them as a whole. Building not only business progress, but also resilience, confidence and grit.

 

As a late diagnosed ADHD business owner myself. I know all too well the struggles creative and neurodivergent women face when juggling life & building businesses. My mentoring focuses on replacing what was chaos with confidence through tried and tested methods.

My skillset background is in the beauty therapy and aesthetics industry. Where i have actively built a business for over 2 decades.. I am an experienced and highly qualified educator and assessor. I have trained 100s of learners across the UK. I’ve written extensive accredited and regulated training materials, reviewed and updated regulated material with awarding organisations, led departments, and taught from beginner level all the way to advanced aesthetics practitioners and educators.
