ADHD Coaching & Mentoring (Access to Work Funded) Support designed for creative professionals who think differently.

If ADHD or neurodivergent traits are affecting how you work, run your business, or cope day to day — you may be eligible for fully funded mentoring through the government’s Access to Work scheme.

This is personalised support to help you build structure, confidence, and calm, so you can show up as the version of yourself you know is in there — just buried under overwhelm, burnout or masking.

Who This Is For

This support is ideal for you if you:

  • Have ADHD or similar neurodivergent traits (diagnosed or going through assessment)

  • Are in work, self-employed, or returning to work

  • Struggle with organisation, emotional regulation, consistency, or confidence

  • Feel like you're “just about holding it together” in your business or role

  • Need help that understands your brain, not just generic advice

You might be a salon owner, therapist, freelancer, educator, or creative — what matters most is that your brain works differently, and you need support that reflects that.

What’s Included in My Mentoring?

As an ADHD-aware coach and industry mentor with nearly 25 years’ experience, I offer Access to Work-approved mentoring that’s tailored to how your mind works — not how the world expects you to work.

Your funded support may include:

  • 1:1 coaching sessions (typically 6–12 hours or more, depending on needs)

  • Help managing overwhelm, time-blindness, emotional burnout, or masking fatigue

  • Systems and structure support to improve workflow, routines, or the client journey

  • Mindset mentoring to reduce shame, imposter syndrome, or people-pleasing habits

  • Coaching around boundaries, confidence, and sustainable visibility

  • Planning and task breakdowns for content, services, or daily structure

  • Safe, non-judgemental guidance from someone who understands ADHD from lived experience

Optional: Organisational Support Package:

For self-employed or solo-working professionals who struggle with digital systems or feel isolated, I also offer extended practical mentoring to help build structure and confidence.

This may include:

  • Support setting up a simple, functional website or landing page

  • Help implementing online booking systems or enquiry forms

  • Guidance with basic automations (client onboarding, follow-up emails)

  • Workflow planning for managing clients, content, or services more clearly

  • Ongoing “buddy-style” check-in access (light-touch support via voice notes/email) to reduce overwhelm and decision paralysis

  • Confidence-building through co-created systems, not done-for-you — empowering you to stay in control while being supported

This is not just admin help. It’s structured, strategic mentoring designed to reduce the mental load of running your business while supporting emotional regulation and practical progress, all aligned with Access to Work’s aims. You don’t have to do this alone anymore.

Why I Offer This

I built a successful beauty and education career while silently navigating undiagnosed ADHD. I didn’t realise how many of my challenges such as inconsistency, burnout, masking, emotional spirals were actually symptoms, not flaws. Since my diagnosis, I’ve rebuilt everything around how my mind works, and now I help others do the same.

This isn’t just mentoring. It’s support from someone who gets it.

No Cost to You (If Eligible)

If successful, your coaching is fully funded through Access to Work — a government scheme that covers support for people whose conditions affect how they work.

- You don’t have to repay anything
- You apply directly — I can guide you through it
